Notice Description

The London Borough of Havering is seeking a Bikeability accredited provider to deliver cycle training services for adults and children who live, work or study in the borough. The successful contractor will be expected to provide a full range of cycle training and cycle skills including Bikeability Levels 1, 2 and 3; cycle awareness training; learn to ride training; inclusive cycle training; adult and family training; Dr Bike maintenance sessions as well as a range of other related programmes to deliver and promote cycling across the borough. Additional information: The Authority is using the e-tendering suite 'capitalEsourcing' (www.capitalesoucing.com) to manage this procurement and to communicate with tenderers. No hard copy documents will be issued and all communications (including the submission of tenders) will be conducted via the system. Tenderers will need to be registered with capitalEsourcing and any problems or queries concerning the operation and use of the system should be referred to the capitalEsourcing Help Desk tel: 0800 368 4850 email: help@capitalEsourcing.com
