(2) Domestic Oil Servicing, (3) Responsive Repairs, (4) 24 hour call-out facility, (5) Boiler Replacements, (6) Heating Installations and Upgrades, (7) Air Source Heat Pumps Servicing, (8) Maintenance of Smoke and CO Detectors & (10) Void and Mutual Exchange Testing. Please note that TUPE will apply to the tender exercise.
