Development of a Communications Strategy
Notice Description
To work with Torbay stakeholders including businesses, residents, professionals / Officers, 3 CVS and Cllrs to develop a communications strategy considerate of the local perception of the Town Centre. The Communications Strategy will be overseen by the Strategic Delivery Group and content creation will follow that ourselves and partners can use over time with consistent themes and messages - this element will provide value beyond the contract period.
