Scarborough Borough Council is Harbour Authority with responsibility for Scarborough Harbour. The Council are seeking to procure master planning consultants to undertake a comprehensive masterplan and accompanying fully costed feasibility and implementation plan to assist delivery of the regeneration of Scarborough Harbour. The resulting masterplan will be in accordance with the objectives of the Strategic Business Plan for Scarborough Harbour and linked to the wider policies of the Borough Council including the Local Plan, Economic Development Strategy and emerging Town Centre Strategy.
