Summary of the contracting process

The LEP are looking to procure a piece of consultancy entitled 'the NET ZERO NORTH WEST (NZNW) CLUSTER PLAN - MAKING THE INVESTMENT CASE', which is funded via Innovate UK and overseen by a consortia of partners to develop the NZNW Cluster Plan for industrial decarbonisation. The LEP are looking for consultancy services from high quality providers that deliver a service that is demonstrably focused around the needs of The Net Zero North West Cluster Plan Investment Case. Tenderers are requested to study the specification in detail and ensure that the specified requirements can be met that are stated within the document and thus your understanding of our requirements is reflected in your tender response including pricing specification. The contract for this consultancy is expected to commence w/c 7st June 2021, with the exact dates to be agreed depending on the agreement between the successful provider and The LEP. Please provide a response to this ITT by completing the appendices listed below and providing any additional or supporting information, which you consider appropriate. In completing the ITT, please adhere to the structure contained in this document and include "Not applicable" where appropriate. Tenderers are advised that it is compulsory to complete and return all of the following documents. Failure to do so will mean that your tender is not considered.
