Notice Title
NNC- Migration of Leisure Management System (Early Engagement)
Notice Description
North Northamptonshire Council (hereafter referred to as the "Council") are planning on undertaking migration of their current Leisure Management System, Gladstone, and associated modules from an in-house server-based infrastructure to a cloud-based platform. Any potential Supplier must undertake the migration from the existing system to a new platform. The platform must provide a secure, backed up and monitored environment, ensuring excellent performance, with minimum down time and no third-party IT company to support. As part of our requirements a secure UK based platform and optimised infrastructure would be required. As this is a cloud-based platform the environment would be accessed using an internet connection on a variety of remote access devices. At this time, we are not able to provide any further information. If your organisation is interested in this opportunity and believe they could provide the requirement to the Council, in line with the Scope of Services set out above, please confirm your interest to procurement@northnorthants.gov.uk by no later than 12:00 noon on the closing date of this notice. The Council's available budget for this requirement is PS9,450.00 Any potential Supplier interested in this opportunity should register on the Council's e-Procurement portal in advance of the opportunity being published, by visiting https://in-tendhost.co.uk/nnc, and expressing an interest. Additional information: This Early Engagement must not be considered as confirmation by North Northamptonshire Council that any future procurement opportunity will be forthcoming as a result of any activity undertaken as part of the Council's Early Engagement activities. The Council does not bind itself to running a procurement or awarding any resultant contract, following the conclusion of this Early Engagement activity. In accordance with the requirements of the Council's Contract Procedure Rules, it is committed to conducting this Early Engagement activity in such a way that it does not prejudice any future potential bidder. The Council will not adopt any technical advice in the preparation of any procurement activity from anyone where this may prejudice the equal treatment of all future potential bidders or distort competition. Pre-procurement consultation with service users on what is being procured is encouraged and is considered good practice to ensure the Specification correctly addresses what is required by the Council.
