Notice Description

The Authority seeks a Service Provider to provide a Facilitated Departure Service (private bailiff service) across a number of locations within England, Wales, and Scotland. The Service is to facilitate the departure of guests from temporary bridging accommodation when requested to do so by the Authority. The Service Provider shall interact and work collaboratively with the Authority, the Accommodation Provider, the Security Provider, the wraparound Support Provider and the Responsible Person onsite from the Authority in discharging their deliverables. The project aims to provide a mechanism to enable the removal of individuals from Home Office provided accommodation where they have been served a period of notice to make their own accommodation arrangements and leave the accommodation provided but have failed to do so. The contract for occupancy is between the Authority and the Accommodation Provider and the Authority understands that there is no need to obtain a high court writ. Additional information: The Home Office eSourcing is used for sourcing activities. Please follow the steps below to register your interest: 1. To express an interest, participants must first be registered on the Home Office eSourcing Suite. If you have not yet registered, this can be done online at https://homeoffice.app.jaggaer.com/web/login.html by following the Register Here Link. Please note that, to register, you must have a valid DUNS number (as provided by Dun and Bradstreet) for the organisation which you are registering and who will be entering into a contract if invited to do so. 2. Email: asylumprotection.procurement@homeoffice.gov.uk Title of email: Provision of the Facilitated Departure Service at Home Office Bridging Accommodation - Expression of Interest Email to include: Organisation name, Contact name, E-mail address and telephone number. Once above steps are completed, It is our intention to invite those suppliers that express an interest in this procurement to an early engagement session, subject to parties signing a Non-Disclosure Agreement.
