The Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Combined Authority (CPCA) seeks a supplier to support the evaluation of the Investment Fund (also known as 'Gainshare') as part of the Gateway Review 2 process. This evaluation will contribute to the final assessment of the Fund's performance, particularly in terms of progress, impacts, and the development of local capacity and partnership working. Progress Evaluation: Evaluating the financial and delivery progress of interventions supported by the Fund. 2. Progress Plus Evaluation: Assessing emerging outcomes and forecasting the long-term impacts of larger or more complex interventions. 3. Impact Evaluation: Conducting in-depth evaluations of two specific interventions to assess their contribution to long-term economic outcomes. 4.
