Advance utility diversions to support construction of North and East Melton Mowbray Distributor Road scheme. Works are required to be completed before main construction works commence in this area. Utlity diversions can only be undertaken by the asset owner which in this case is Cadent Gas Ltd therefore a direct award is made to them for the necessary works required.
