The Authority is seeking providers to deliver training requirements for internal Liverpool City Council Employeesvia liaison with the Learning and Development department. Development ofour staff is an investment for the future and the City Council recognises that everyone needs support, trainingand development. The Inclusive Growth Plan, launched in March 2018, describes how our city and the Councilwill be transformed to deliver our vision and priorities. The Transformation plan includes an action to developour workforce as our greatest asset and we need to ensure they are inspired and have the necessary skills tosuccessfully deliver our transformation agenda whilst also meeting mandatory and legislative requirements andresponsibilities.
