An expert witness is required in connection with outstanding 2005 Rating List appeals which may be listed shortly before the Valuation Tribunal and which may then be followed by an appeal to the Upper Tribunal (Lands Chamber) (UT (LC)). Enquiries and requests for clarification are welcomed, the clarification Q&A period closes at by 3pm 7th December 2022 Please submit your proposals (via email to tenders inbox cc'd) by 4pm 14th of December 2022 Please annotate all tender emails with a subject box saying "Bulk Liquid Storage Tanks 2005 List Appeal Expert ".
