This contract is for us to continue providing repairs and maintenance of our Door Entry security systems in HRA properties which include high rise and low rise buildings. Bristol City Council have put in place a maintenance contract for our 530 sites that have communal door entry systems fitted and a further 55 former sheltered scheme blocks that had out dated combined door entry and warden call systems.
