Market Engagement Exercise - Electronic Patient Care Records (ePCR)
Notice Description
The East of England NHS Collaborative Procurement Hub (EOECPH) on behalf of the Ambulance Trusts are inviting expressions of interest for a framework agreement for the provision and Support of an Electronic Patient Record System (EPRS) across England, Scotland, Wales, Ireland and Isle of Wight. The purpose of the PIN is to engage suppliers to understand market capability and capacity to deliver the requirements. This notice is for information only and the Contracting Authority reserves the right to not proceed to tender or at its absolute discretion to amend it at the time of issue of any further notice or notices or at any other time. As part of the pre-tender strategy, EOECPH would like to engage with suppliers of these products/services via a market engagement exercise. Suppliers are asked to take part in the market engagement exercise through completing a questionnaire. The information provided will help to form the way the service specification is designed for a framework that will last 4 years. The Contracting Authority intends to use an eTendering system in this procurement exercise. The questionnaire will run on EOECPH's e-Procurement portal: https://eoecph.bravosolution.co.uk/web/login.shtml. How to access the Questionnaire on the portal: - Suppliers should register on the portal: - Complete organisation and personal details - Choose a memorable user name and submit - You will shortly be sent an email with your unique password, please treat this securely - To Express Interest in the pqq: - Login with your unique user name and password - Search and Select pqq_861 - Press submit once you have completed the questionnaire. Deadline for submission of responses is 4.00pm on 20 December 2021.
