Leicester City Council's Inward Investment team wished to procure a suitably qualified consultancy organisation to develop an India strategy and implement the programme to attract Indian businesses, investment and encourage trade activity to the area. The proposed Contract will run until Sept 2019 and it is anticipated to be awarded to a single Supplier. This is part of the work done by the investment team to attract new investment and business opportunities into Leicester and Leicestershire, in order to contribute to the local economy.
