Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement, and the contract will be awarded on the basis of the most economically advantageous tender. The Contractor must be CITB registered or ICON accredited, have experience of working on Heritage Lottery Funded, Historic England administered projects and must have extensive and recent experience in the conservation of Medieval ecclesiastical buildings and particularly the use of lime mortars, limecrete flooring, traditional carpentry, traditional lath and haired slaked lime plastering, pigmented lime washes, mechanical and electrical works within a historic environment and stained glass repairs.
