PAN2189 - Removal of Abandoned Equine from Leicester City Council Land
Notice Description
Leicester City Council wishes to appoint a Supplier with suitable and experienced bailiffs to remove equines from its land under the provisions (and observing requirements) of the Animals Act 1971, Control of Horses Act 2015 and other relevant legislation and local byelaws. Further information about the opportunity can be found in the tender documentation. The proposed Contract will be for one year with options to extend for up to a period or periods totalling no more than a further four years. Submissions must be received via the EastMidsTenders portal: https://www.eastmidstenders.org/index.html by 12:00 noon on 6 October 2020 at the very latest. Late submissions and those received by any other means will not be accepted. Any queries/questions regarding this opportunity must be received via the ProContract portal only, otherwise they will not be responded to.
