SBS on behalf of the NHS England and Improvement Patient Safety Team seek external expertise and capability, to carry out a thorough and objective evaluation of the Patient Safety Incident Response Framework pilot programme (across the 25 Early Adopter organisations) of whether it is effectively supporting the overarching aim to help the NHS to improve its understanding of safety by drawing insight from patient safety incidents..\ Evaluation activities will also help to inform the development of final policies/ procedures and information resources to support the wider roll out across the NHS. - Please submit any clarification questions by 12pm on 2nd April 2021. \ \ Responses will be provided within 48 hours of this deadline. - To access this competition: login to https://suppliers.multiquote.com and view the opportunity RA300667.
