AI Cyber Security Standards
Notice Description
Standards are a key part of the Department for Science, Innovation and Technology (DSIT)'s approach to securing critical and emerging technologies. To support secure-by-design technology development and deployment, DSIT has been supporting the development of standards across a variety of technology areas in ETSI, including cyber security standards for AI and consumer Internet of Things. This contract will support DSIT's work to: - Strengthen cyber security outcomes in technologies vital to cyber power - Embed UK policy priorities and DSIT Codes of Practice into global standards - Maintain UK leadership in technical committees relevant to cyber and AI security The work will directly support UK growth, security, and public trust in emerging technologies by shaping standards that influence global markets and regulatory approaches.
