The Customer wishes to establish a single Provider Contract for the Provision of Preventative Maintenance to UPS Systems. The contract period would be for 3 years with an option to extend for 1 year. The specification covers works to be carried out for the fixed term inspection, planned maintenance and a guaranteed 2 hour emergency call out duties 24/7/365 (6) to Uninterruptable Power Supplies systems at the various properties owned or occupied by the Derbyshire Constabulary under the supervision of Electrical Contracts Manager
