The site is known as Land south of Churchill Way, Pendleton, Salford with a centre at NGR 381066 399875. The site was previously housing, with a number of industrial uses extending into the north of the site including a rope works, scrap yard, mill and waterproofing works. Much of the site has been cleared, however it is likely relic foundations are present. The site is approximately 7.6 Acres. A phase I preliminary Risk Assessment has been undertaken. Additional information: This opportunity is restricted.
