Notice Title

Digital Dictation Service Led by Speech Recognition Software

Notice Description

The purpose of this contract is to deliver digital dictation service led via speech recognition software and ensure correspondence / records are produced in a more efficient manner. Currently there are two systems being used throughout the organisation and this contract award is to replace a current speech recognition contract only. Within the trust services mainly dictate correspondence or meetings and recently there has been an increased demand for voice recognition led software to offer real-time transcription for prompt completion of transcription.
