THIS IS A TRANSPARENCY NOTICE FOR THE FOLLOWING WORKS: Central Region - East / West / East Midlands & North North Region - Northern England / Scotland / Northern Ireland Amey is required to undertake an annual programme of bathroom replacements. The programme of works will be broken down as follows: * Full bathroom replacement. * Full bathroom replacement with water closet (WC) if not located in main bathroom, whether on the same floor or another floor of the property. * Where there is an additional WC, it shall only include its replacement upon instruction from Amey. The pricing for bathroom replacement will be based upon the category of property.
