Somerset County Council is seeking bids from organisations that are interested in delivering a forward thinking domestic abuse service in Somerset, to include support for survivors of abuse and their children, the provision of safe accommodation and programmes for perpetrators. An effective case management system will be required to monitor quality and performance of the service.
