TfGM is looking to procure a supplier for a stand alone Driver Vigilance Device (DVD) that is compatible with the existing fleet of 147 M5000 Trams. Manchester Metrolink currently serves 99 stops over 100km of track using a fleet of Bombardier M5000 light rail vehicles. The procurement will seek to engage with a competent supplier who will be able to supply, install, test and commission the equipment into all operational M5000 trams.
