Notice Description

Norfolk County Council wishes to buy the following service: the supplier is required to provide building reinstatement valuations for the Council's property portfolio, developing, managing and delivering a programme of valuations over the contract term to the Council's satisfaction and providing Building Cost Information Service index data to the Council as required to allow property values to be adjusted where necessary alongside the valuation programme. Full details about the requirement are contained within the attached Scope. An initial 35-month term contract is proposed, with an option to extend by up to 2 years. The services will be provided in two distinct elements, as below: 1. An annual fixed sum to cover the "fixed" element; and 2. Additional services at additional cost for the "variable" element as required by and agreed with the Council.
