Newcastle University is seeking to implement an end to end facilities management system which is scalable, cost effective, sustainable, easy to use. The system will improve utilisation and performance of the University?s physical assets, reduce operating costs, extend asset life and improve the return on those assets as well as a high quality customer experience. The system will cover: ? planned and preventive asset maintenance ? strategic asset management ? financial management ? materials and equipment management ? project management ? risk and hazard management ? comprehensive management information reporting ? resource and task management ? incident and service request management Additional information: Please access this opportunity through our etender system at: https://procontract.due-north.com New suppliers will need to register on the system.
