Information and Smart Ticketing, part of Transport for the North, is now seeking a consultancy partner to help us to develop and expand our thinking for customer information across the north, and to produce a 5-year implementation plan including delivering on these key tasks: * Test, challenge and refine the Customer Proposition, particularly in relation to customer information * Set out a detailed 5-year implementation plan which will deliver the customer proposition for the North. Invitation to tender documents must be downloaded from WYCA's e-tendering website https://in-tendhost.co.uk/westyorkshireca/aspx/Home. Hover on and select, 'Tenders' followed by, 'Current' and, 'View Details'. There is a registration process, if not already registered.
