Notice Description

Following a survey regarding potential improvements to Murrills Park, Purdis Farm, East Suffolk Council is looking to commission a suitably qualified and experienced company to provide refurbishment services from conceptual design through to completion of works. The 3 key areas identified are: o Wildlife o Play space/equipment o Exercise and Health Bidders will also be required to submit an outline plan and a 3-minute presentation video, which will be presented to residents of Purdis Farm who will vote as part of the evaluation process. Additional information: All communications and bids must be managed through the In-tend e-sourcing Suite. Any communication outside of the In-tend system, without express permission of the Authority, will be immediately rejected in accordance with the Authority's contract regulations. If there is any confusion about the opportunity, please seek clarification via the In-tend clarification process. Unless identified as a commercially sensitive question responses to questions will be published to all tenderers.
