The Department for Transport is seeking to appoint a supplier, or consortium, to undertake quantitative research on disabled users and non-users of rail. The aim of the research is to gather robust insights to update our evidence base on the experiences of disabled users and non-users of rail, building on earlier research undertaken by the Authority prior to COVID-19.
