Notice Title

BEH - Request for Information - Caseload and Predictive Analysis Tool

Notice Description

Barnet, Enfield and Haringey Mental Health NHS Trust require a caseload management and predictive analytics tool that supports decision-making based on service user needs and the likely resources required to provide safe and effective care. Critical to success is the requirement for the tool to support our 3 Year Community Transformation Programme and so will need to evolve as our services change to meet the requirements of the NHS Long Term Plan and Community Mental Health Framework. Suppliers will need to evidence how this criteria can be met flexibly. The goals of the management and supervision system are as follows: * The solution must be able to be used at all levels by front line staff to help with caseload management as well as supporting the strategic and business planning process. * Improved identification of people at high risk of crisis leading to appropriate intervention within Mental Health organisations * Reduced number of people requiring inpatient admission when they are in crisis * Improved identification of people who are lower risk and less complex who may require a different level of care * Improved number of people discharged from CMHTs to a more appropriate service for their needs * Improved staff engagement with technology to support better clinical decisions day to day.
