Abney Park Restoration Project - Design Team Appointment
Notice Description
In August 2017, Hackney Council submitted a bid to the Heritage Lottery Fund's Parks for People programme to fund the Abney Park Restoration Project. In December 2017, the HLF awarded the Abney Park Restoration Project a first round pass. Hackney Council now wishes to appoint a suitably qualified and highly experienced Design Team to lead on the Development Phase of the Abney Park Restoration Project. The deliverables are: * Costed designs developed to RIBA Work Stage 3 * A Business Plan * An Activity Plan * A Fundraising Strategy with fundraising targets * A Management and Maintenance Plan * A successful planning application * A Consultation and Engagement Strategy * To prepare and submit an HLF Stage 2 application * An updated Conservation Plan Additional information: This tender will be administered via an e-procurement system called ProContract. Suppliers must be registered on the system in order to access the tender documentation and submit a Suitability Assessment Questionnaire and respond to Invitation to Tender. To register as a supplier on ProContract please visit the London's Tenders Portal at: https://www.londontenders.org/ click on the 'Suppliers' Area' link to the left. On the right hand side you will see a green 'register' icon, click on this and begin the supplier registration process. Please ensure when registering that you select all the appropriate categories which describe your business/service area as notifications of tender opportunities are directed via these categories.
