Notice Description

Procurement of supplier hosted cloud solution for merchant acquiring and payment gateway services. Initial contract period: 48 months Option to extend: 144 months with 3 extensions available Additional information: In accordance with the transparency requirements set out under the Public Contract Regulations 2015, we are publishing this notice to confirm the award of a public contract and to disclose a substantial change to the contractual terms. Following the conclusion of a competitive procurement process, a contract has been awarded to the successful supplier. During the final contract stage, it became necessary to substantially amend the standard form of contract previously issued during the tender process. The final agreement incorporates the supplier's own terms and conditions in place of the originally issued terms. This change was agreed to support the delivery of the contract and to address specific operational and legal requirements raised by the supplier. While the core requirements, scope, and value of the contract remain unchanged, we acknowledge that this constitutes a substantial modification under procurement transparency standards.
