Notice Description
Purchase of various liquid chromatography and protein/vector purification systems, their installation, consumables, service and maintenance for installation at the new Gene Therapy Innovation and Manufacturing Centre in Sheffield between 2022 and 2027 The intention to award a contract as a 'Negotiated procedure without a prior call for competition' was previously published as a Voluntary ex ante transparency notice (reference: 2022/S 000-000544) on 7 January 2022. Regulation 32 of PCR 2015 was applied as in 32. (2) (b) (ii) and 32. (5) (a) The first purchase was for one 'AKTA Avant 150' for cPS122k with up to 2 additional 'AKTA Avant 150's' and 3 x 'AKTA Pilot 600S's' possibly being purchased between 2022 and 2027 up to PS950,000
