Leicester City Council, in advance of their current support contract expiring in 2021 are undertaking this pre-market engagement exercise to establish if there are any providers who would be able to provide robust support and maintenance for the current systems (Liquidlogic Case Management System and ContrOCC), and ensure that future development requirements can be fully met, in a timely manner, to ensure that the system remains fit for purpose and legally compliant at all times, including all interfaces in use when the contract begins.
