PLEASE APPLY VIA THE KENT BUSINESS PORTAL & REGISTER HERE FOR FURTHER DETAILS: https://procontract.due-north.com/Advert?advertId=28a14f53-6a9f-ea11-8103-005056b64545&p=8691483f-2f3d-e711-80e1-005056b64545 Medway Council wishes to appoint a professional, experienced contractor to undertake internal refurbishment works at the Corn Exchange, Rochester. These will comprise the refurbishment of toilet areas at ground and first floor levels, bar area, entrance foyer, lighting to Queens Hall and external canopy repairs. The building is Grade I Listed and works are to be carried out with due consideration for its status and general good conservation practice.
