Surrey Heath Borough Council (SHBC) invites tenders for the provision of the operation and leasing of Cafes located in Frimley Lodge Park and/or Lightwater Country Park. It is anticipated that the contractor will hold the lease and undertake the operations from 1st February 2023. The contract period will be 5 years. Tenders are invited to submit a bid for Frimley Lodge Park, Lightwater Country Park or submit bids for both separate leases.
