Notice Description
This tender package concentrates primarily on the final phase of our investment programme, namely mechanical and electrical works to the Children's and Adult Day Centres, together with the remaining corporate assets as detailed. Full details of all properties within this Tender can be found in the supporting documentation SCS Reports. The Pricing Schedule is based on the PSA for Mechanical Services, Seventh Edition and Bidders should therefore obtain a copy and familiarise themselves with this document. Additional information: This tender is to be completed electronically using the SE Shared Services Procurement eSourcing portal. https://www.sesharedservices.org.uk/esourcing/opportunities The SE Shared Services eSourcing portal provides a web-based tool that provides a simple, secure and efficient means for managing tendering and quotation activities reducing the time and effort required for both buyers and Potential Bidders.
