All interested suppliers are requested to complete a response form available at: https://procontract.due-north.com/Advert?advertId=c06c7c37-dbd8-eb11-810c-005056b64545 This is a soft market engagement and NOT A CALL FOR COMPETITION The purpose of market testing is to understand what suppliers are providing with their solutions, their experience of delivering similar solutions, a way for the Council to clarify and understand solutions and to help draw up requirements that can be fulfilled by the market place should a tender be issued at a later stage. Once the soft market testing exercise is completed, we will make a decision about how we will proceed. Neither the intention nor the purpose of this soft market testing exercise is to confer any advantage upon its participants or disadvantage any non-participants in any future procurement process.
