NOTE: This notice was updated on 22 November 2018 for the following reason: To ensure accurate pricing is achieved, closing date has been amended to Monday 10th Dec - 12 noon(Queen Victoria Hospital NHS Foundation Trust requires the services of an experienced Building Contractor to undertake the refurbishment of an existing area within the Hospital The Surgeon's Mess which - includes strip out existing internal finishes, fixture & fittings ready to receive new interior finishes including a servery kitchen and WC.) Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
