Notice Description

Medway Council wish to select and appoint a suitable training provider to deliver a series of Trauma Informed Practice (TIP) training courses to frontline staff within Medway Council and its partner organisations working with children and young people at risk of offending. Medway Council invites contractors to submit a quotation to meet the Council's requirements set out in this Invitation to Quote (ITQ). The training provider will be required to deliver the courses at two levels. Level 1 being a half day introduction to raising awareness and understanding trauma. Level 2 will be a one day course that builds on Level 1 and is designed to train further a smaller group of individuals who will use Trauma Informed Practice in their assessments and planning with young people at risk of offending. The contract will work with the Medway Safeguarding Board (MSCB) to administer attendances.
