The University of Manchester Innovation Factory (referred to below as 'UoMIF' or 'The Innovation Factory'), on behalf of The University of Manchester ('The University'), is seeking to appoint a panel of patent agents (maximum number of 3 patent agents) to provide high quality, professional and expert services relating to The University of Manchester's intellectual property portfolio. The contract will be for an initial period of 3 years (36 months), with a further 2 x 12 months extension periods up to a combined total of 5 years (60 months).
