Notice Description

WFD is planning to organise an eight-week certification course on Introductory level Law-making in Parliaments via online delivery platform. The Coronavirus (COVID19) pandemic poses a particular risk to emerging or less resilient democracies, as a response to the pandemic, the course will be delivered via online and digital platforms. The course aims to familiarise experts and staff from the Bangsamoro parliament with basic concepts in contemporary law-making and motivate them to reflect on how these can be applied in their context. The course will be attended by approximately 60 participants most of whom will be parliamentary staff with some representation from civil society organisations and WFD staff members.
