Notice Description
The role of Customer Research Partner for Riverside has been established to provide an external and independent organisation to collate and analyse our customers' views, attitudes, aspirations and opinions through a mechanism they can trust to be anonymous and to provide the appropriate resource to support the work of the Customer Intelligence Team. The purposes of this tender exercise is to qualify a supplier that can work with Riverside to meet its objectives.
