The Council has procured a consultant who can carry out a combined commercial/property and financial advisory role for the Meridian Water development. The procurement was undertaken using a framework from the Crown Commercial Services (CCS), Estate Professional Services RM3816 Lot 1. A mini competition was run in accordance with the terms of the Framework.
