Notice Description

Young Carers - Promotion The Young Carers Promotion service will aim to reduce the inequalities faced by young carers that arise as a result of their caring responsibilities. The service will promote the identification and understanding of the needs of young carers by working across both Adult and Children Services and with key agencies such as schools, social care, early help, universal services. The provider will be expected to deliver a broad range of promotional and engagement activities in order to raise awareness and understanding about young carers amongst service providers and the wider community. Tenderers should note that, from 1 April 2018, provision of children's social care services is to be transferred from the Council to Sandwell Children's Social Care Trust ("The Trust"). It is anticipated that the Council will award the contract for this service on behalf of the trust and the contract will be entered into with Sandwell Children's Social Care Trust The Council will be using the In-tend e-Tendering System for this Procurement exercise, please visit https://in-tendhost.co.uk/sandwellmbc to access the Sandwell MBC In-tend Supplier Portal. From here you will be able to register your company, express an interest in the opportunity, and gain immediate access to PQQ or other related documents.
