Notice Description

London Borough of Bromley invites tenders for the fit out and operation of a cafe in Crystal Palace Park, for a ten year lease. This unique opportunity also includes a licence to operate a mobile catering unit in the park up until the completion of the cafe building in Summer 2018. The licence for the mobile catering unit will commence in December 2017, for eight months. The ten year cafe lease will commence in Summer 2018. The tender opportunity will be run through the London Tenders Procurement Portal and you will need to register your company with the portal as soon as possible (if you have not already done so) at www.londontenders.org to ensure that you are able to access and submit the relevant documents online. All applications MUST be made through the London Tenders Portal ONLY and NOT to the Contact Details contained within this notice.
