Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) can leverage this framework to expand their portfolio by participating in comprehensive services required for the upkeep and functionality of important governmental infrastructures. Companies that are well-prepared to collaborate on large-scale, multifaceted projects will find this opportunity particularly advantageous, given the substantial budget and long contract duration.
