E-Procurement Software (PIN)
Notice Description
The National Museum of the Royal Navy (NMRN) is an arm's length body under the Royal Navy and is funded by public revenues, and is therefore governed by the Managing Public Money principles and Public Contracts Regulations (2015). The NMRN undertake a variety of procurement tenders each financial year to support our sites and the work carried out on site, these can be from purchasing machinery for our Historic Ships Workshops, to large scale projects such as exhibitions design, build and install and a multi-phase large conservation scaffold for HMS Victory. To support our procurement functions across all NMRN sites the we are seeking an E-Procurement software solution to support our current procurement processes. In addition to this the NMRN would be seeking a Contract Management function also to help us monitor our suppliers' performance and ensure our records are complete and accurate. The NMRN and the Procurement Team would prefer to see demonstrations of E-Procurement software as part of supplier dialogue before entering a formal tender process. This will be arranged by the NMRN with you. How To Apply? Suppliers interested in participating should confirm their interest by 30th November 2022 by email to the Procurement Team at tenders@nmrn.org.uk clearly stating E-Procurement Software PIN See PIN for full details of the current requirements.
