This initiative aims to improve technology within the Council Chamber located at Newcastle Civic Centre in the North East of England. Suppliers will have the opportunity to participate in one-on-one sessions on 14th May from 9.30 AM to 5 PM to discuss the project and provide feedback.

This tender represents a significant opportunity for businesses in the audio-visual equipment sector, particularly small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) that are experienced in innovative technology solutions. Companies capable of providing a mixed provider solution would be particularly well-suited to compete, given the Council's openness to various proposals. Engaging with Newcastle City Council could help these businesses grow by expanding their client base within the public sector and enhancing their visibility in the market.
