This has a significant impact on our culture, teams, internal and external approaches, as well as 'systems' elements including: knowledge management, contact management, customer data, sales & marketing, and evidence which drives new product specification. We have two areas of focus in our global CRM solution - one focusing on customer service and consumer sales and the other focusing on our business to business and government functions. Currently there are 1552 Salesforce users across 135 locations, 58 countries, and across all eight regions.
